*Entries must be received no later than midnight on October 22, 2021. All entries must include all of the requested information to be considered. Treatment is for up to 10,000 square feet of space, valued at $1000. The prize has no cash value and no refunds or services will be provided for winners with less than 10,000 square feet of space to be treated. The winning building must be located in the Phoenix-Metro area. Two winners will be selected at random. All winners will be notified within 7 business days of the conclusion of the contest and must respond to the notifcation within 48 hours to retain their prize.Â
